Candid photography is probably the part of my job I enjoy the most.

It is a privilege to have the opportunity to photograph people with their friends, families and workmates.

A candid photograph captures something so personal that it demands total respect from the photographer and I hope that honesty shows in these images.

 enjoy,

by 10.30 at the school formal shoes are off and the guys are behind the wall !

School formals are such an amazing record of our social history.  We have over 30 years of digital files and negatives from school formals.

weddings offer such a range of emotions –  nerves, excitement, joy and the chance to celebrate with family and friends.

Thanks kids for making your mums, dads, aunties and uncles smile !!

…. and then there is the challenge of working underground !   It’s been a real privilege to photograph these people at work and document their day.

How cool is my job ?
